What are Happy Patches?
Happy Patches are hydrocolloid pimple patches designed to help protect pimples while adding a little fun to your skincare routine. Each patch acts as a protective barrier to help keep hands away from spots and support a cleaner environment.
How do I use the patches?
Apply to clean, dry skin. Leave on for 6โ8 hours or overnight, then remove and replace if needed.
Are the patches reusable?
No, all patches are single-use.
Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
The patches are gentle, but we recommend avoiding use on very sensitive or irritated skin.
Do I need to wait for a pimple to appear before wearing them?
Not at all! While Happy Patches are designed as pimple patches, many customers also wear them as a cute accessory to add a little sparkle, colour, or personality to their day.
Can I wear makeup over the patches?
For best results, apply the patch to clean, dry skin before skincare and makeup. Depending on the patch design, some styles may be more visible than others.
Can children use Happy Patches?
Happy Patches can be used by older children and teenagers with parental supervision. Keep unused patches out of reach of young children.
Do the patches contain medication?
Happy Patches are cosmetic pimple patches. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within Switzerland.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped from Switzerland. Delivery times are typically 2 working days. Shipping may take longer to process during school holidays and public holidays.
How much is shipping?

- Next Day, tracked - CHF 3.90
- Orders above CHF 35 eligible for free delivery (tracked)
Can I return my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and weโll do our best to help.

What if my order doesnโt arrive?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@happypatches.ch with your order number.
For tracked shipments, we will investigate the delivery status and help resolve any issues.
For untracked shipments, we are unable to guarantee delivery once the order has been handed over to the postal service. However, please get in touch and weโll do our best to assist you.
