Processing Time Β
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays and school holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Within Switzerland & Liechtenstein
We use Die Schweizerische Post (Post) for all our deliveries. Delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein typically takes 2-3 business days after dispatch.

- Next Day, tracked - CHF 3.90
- Orders above CHF 35 eligible for free delivery (tracked)
Incorrect Address Β
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Should you need to change the shipping address, please contact us at hello@happypatches.ch immediately. You can also reach us on Instagram @happypatches.chΒ
Delays Β
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to postal service issues or high demand. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping provider.
Damaged or Lost Items Β
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at hello@happypatches.ch within 7 days of receiving the notification of your mail being delivered by happy patches. We will review the situation and provide a suitable solution.
International Shipping Β
We currently do not offer shipping outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein.Β
